What do you know about William Shakespeare?
Here are some facts about him. Read and check how much you know:
We also had a look at his life, work and some games last year.

Help desperate Romeo find Juliet in
Romeo, wherefore art thou?
And here is one of his Sonnets (29) sung by Rufus Wainwright
with images from the film "Pride and Prejudice".
You can do this activity about it or read it here.
What do you think it is about?

Bye for now and read at the weekend!

These days Iceland is on the news as Nature once again reminds us
that She is stronger than us.

To 2º Bachillerato students...

Hi!
Do you realize that you (probably!) have never known
as much English as this year?
Why not try and pass an official English examination?
These are some of the possibilities :

1) Our Escola Oficial de Idiomas has 3 levels
(Basic / Intermediate / Advanced)
You can enroll for their exams until April, 28th.

2) Cambridge ESOL also has several levels,
F.C.E. (perhaps even C.A.E.) may be a good option.

3) Trinity College, which some of you told me about.

Here is a Table of comparisons between these (and other) exams
with the increasingly famous Common European Framework (CEFR):
An FCE Sample Test
A CAE Sample Test
